Important Reservation Information

	Rates are based upon two persons per room. Each additional person is $15 per day.
	Check-In time 2 p.m.
	Check-Out time 11 a.m.
	7% Maine State Lodging Tax not included.
	Lower rates shown apply to Sunday thru Thursday.
	Higher rates possible on holiday and single nights.
	*Large suites subject to 4 person minimum during peak periods
l	Minimum stay requirements in summer and at various other times.
	Written confirmation and deposit of one night's lodging required.
ll l ll	Deposit equal to one night's accommodations plus tax is required for confirmed reservation. Deposits must be received by us within 5 days after making a reservation, or your reservation will be cancelled. Deposit will be forfeited if you arrive after the specified date or depart before the final day of your reservation.
l	Deposit will be returned less a $20 reservation fee if cancellation is made ten or more days prior to arrival. Reservations cannot be shortened after arrival.
l	All guests must arrive by 10:00 PM or special arrangements must be made prior to arrival date.
	Parking is for one space per room. Sorry, we cannot accommodate unregistered visitors.
	Non - Smoking Rooms Available Upon Request.
	All rates quoted in U.S. Dollars.
